Returns & Exchanges

We are proud of the products we offer and are thrilled to have you as our customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.

Items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds or credit. These items will be marked 'Final Sale' on the product page and will be clearly visible at checkout.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

You can request an exchange of merchandise for a different size or color as part of our return process. Exchanges are not guaranteed. If the item is out of stock by the time your eligible return is processed, you'll be refunded back to your original payment method.

While return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we will cover the cost of shipping any exchange items back to you.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned items are received and inspected. If we receive returned merchandise that is clearly worn, damaged or without a tag, we won't be able to issue you a refund. Unfortunately, merchandise purchased at pop-up stores or events where the original form of payment can't be associated aren't eligible to be returned for a refund.

Eligible refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed from the date we receive your return. Please note it can take up to an additional 7 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

RateFit reserves the right to refuse refunds on merchandise that does not meet these conditions for return.
