Labor Day Sale Offer Terms - RateFit
These RateFit Labor Day Sale Offer Terms (these “Offer Terms”) govern the RateFit Labor Day Sale (the “Offer” or “Promotion”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the RateFit Terms of Sale (the “Terms of Sale”), available at Terms of Sale – RateFit, which are incorporated into these Offer Terms by reference. These Offer Terms supplement Section 2.6 (Promotional and Discount Codes) of the Terms of Sale. By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Offer Terms.
Order of Precedence. These Offer Terms control with respect to the Offer, except that (a) the RateFit Returns & Exchanges Policy (the “Returns Policy”) controls with respect to returns, exchanges, and refunds, and (b) Section 14 of the Terms of Sale (Governing Law; Venue; Jury Waiver; Class Action Waiver) governs any dispute arising out of or relating to the Offer. In all other respects, the Terms of Sale and other RateFit Policies apply.
Offer. From 12:00 a.m. Central Time on September 4, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 7, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), when you purchase three (3) or more Eligible Items in a single transaction at ratefit.com or in the RateFit App, you will receive twenty-five percent (25%) off the merchandise subtotal of Eligible Items in that transaction. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when three or more Eligible Items are in your cart; if it is not applied automatically, enter promotional code RFLABORDAY25 at checkout. Only one promotional discount or code may be applied per order.
Eligibility. The Offer is available to eligible customers described in the Terms of Sale. The Offer is void outside the United States, to non-permitted addresses described in the Terms of Sale (including U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and freight forwarders), and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Eligible Items and Exclusions. All RateFit merchandise offered for sale at ratefit.com and in the RateFit App during the Promotion Period is an “Eligible Item,” except that the following are excluded from the Offer and do not count toward the three-item threshold:
• gift cards and e-gift cards (the Offer discount does not apply to the purchase of a gift card; paying for an order with a gift card is unaffected);
• items designated at the time of purchase as “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or similar (see Section 5.3 of the Terms of Sale);
• previously purchased items — the Offer is not valid on prior purchases and no price adjustments will be made to orders placed outside the Promotion Period;
• taxes, shipping and handling charges, and other fees;
• items that are out of stock, unavailable, or removed from sale during the Promotion Period (the Offer is available while supplies last); and
• any items or categories that RateFit designates on the Promotion landing page as excluded from the Offer.
Discount Calculation. The 25% discount is calculated on the merchandise subtotal of Eligible Items only, before taxes, shipping, handling, and other fees. Applicable sales tax and any shipping charges are calculated on the discounted merchandise subtotal in accordance with applicable law and Section 3.3 of the Terms of Sale.
Not Combinable With Other Offers. Consistent with Section 2.6(b) of the Terms of Sale, the Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, sale, coupon, promotional or discount code, loyalty reward, or other offer, unless expressly permitted by RateFit in writing. Without limiting the foregoing, the Offer is not combinable with, and may not be applied in the same transaction as, (a) the RateFit Employee and Affiliate Discount (which is applied automatically when an eligible Rate Group email is used at checkout, per the Employee and Affiliate Discount Program Policy), or (b) any welcome, first-purchase, or new-subscriber offer (including the RateFit 10% welcome code). If the Offer applies to a transaction, no other discount, code, or employee benefit will be applied to that same transaction.
Refunds at discounted price. Items purchased under the Offer are refunded at the discounted price actually paid, not the pre-discount price.
Returns that drop the order below three Eligible Items. The Offer requires the purchase of three (3) or more Eligible Items in a single transaction. If a return, cancellation, or partial return reduces the number of Eligible Items retained from the order below three (3), the Offer’s qualifying condition is no longer met, the 25% discount is forfeited as to the retained Eligible Items, and RateFit will reduce the refund accordingly to recoup the discount value. RateFit may also recover the discount as provided in Section 2.6 of the Terms of Sale. RateFit may waive recoupment in its discretion.
Exchanges. Exchanges are processed under Section 7 of the Returns Policy, subject to availability and the price-difference mechanics in Section 7.5 of the Returns Policy. So long as three (3) or more Eligible Items are retained, the Offer discount continues to apply to the retained Eligible Items.
General. The Offer has no cash value; is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or refundable in cash; and is not valid on prior purchases. RateFit may refuse, cancel, modify, revoke, or limit the Offer, and may cancel or refuse to process any order, in the case of suspected fraud, abuse, bulk or reseller purchasing, or use of bots, scripts, or automated methods, or violation of these Offer Terms or the Terms of Sale, as provided in Sections 2.2, 2.6, and 2.7 of the Terms of Sale. RateFit may impose order quantity limits (Section 2.3 of the Terms of Sale). RateFit may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, effective upon posting to ratefit.com or the RateFit App. The Offer is void where prohibited.
Governing Terms. The Offer is subject, including any disputes arising out of or related thereto, to and governed by the Terms of Sale, Returns Policy, Website Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, each available at ratefit.com or the RateFit App. Questions about the Offer should be directed to support@ratefit.com.
